Our Story
Nieves Y Raspados Yami was born from a simple conviction: that the best frozen treats don't need fancy equipment or processed ingredients. They need real fruit, quality ice, and someone willing to put in the time.
Every batch starts from scratch. We select each piece of fruit at its peak, prepare the bases by hand, and shave or pound the ice to the exact texture each recipe demands. The result is something you won't find in a factory — bright, layered, and unmistakably fresh.
Located on South 4th Avenue in Tucson, we've become a neighborhood fixture for families, late-night visitors, and anyone who believes a raspado should taste like the fruit it's named after.
